These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by CreditTips, developed by 3APPS SOLUTIONS AND ADVISORY LTDA (“3APPS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website and mobile application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

5.2 You use the Service at your own risk, and 3APPS does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service at all times.

6. Modifications to Terms

6.1 3APPS may modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will provide notice of material changes to the Terms by updating the “Effective as of” date at the top of this page.

6.2 Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Account Termination

7.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms or engaged in illegal or harmful activities.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.

8.2 The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules of the jurisdiction in which 3APPS is incorporated, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which 3APPS is based (Brazil), without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Brazil for the resolution of any disputes.
